Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our policies. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@artworksclasses.com for clarification.

Promptness: Drop off your child no earlier than fifteen minutes before the class starts. Timely arrival and prompt pickup are appreciated. Parents are kindly requested not to stay in the classroom during the session.

Tuition: Monthly tuition covers basic studio materials like newsprint paper, graphite pencils, erasers, and miscellaneous tools. Additional required materials can be purchased at the studio or elsewhere. Any supplies bought from us will be billed with your monthly tuition.

Refunds: A full refund may be available if your child is unhappy after the first class. No refunds are issued thereafter unless Artworks asks a student to withdraw. Unused tuition will be refunded, excluding unpaid art supplies, missed or canceled classes and make-up classes.

Missed Class Policy:
A courtesy class is granted only when a scheduled class is canceled in advance. Please call or email before the class begins. Courtesy classes are scheduled in addition to, not in place of, a regular class. Tuition for the current month must be received before scheduling a courtesy class, and once scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled. Courtesy classes cannot be credited toward account balances and cannot be scheduled during a month without paid tuition.

Pausing Enrollment:
We have an automatic billing system that allows you to pay for services monthly. If you will be unable to attend multiple classes in the upcoming month, simply email us before the first of the month.
