Is there a free trial available?

Yes! Artworks offers a free introductory class for ages 6-17 at all our locations. Introductory classes give each student a chance to see what Artworks is all about before committing. Students do not need any materials for their introductory class. Adults may attend an introductory class for a one-time fee. 

How does billing work?

Our program is available throughout the year, and we bill monthly. The monthly tuition fee is covers four classes, and occasionally we offer a fifth class for free, depending on the month. If you join in the middle of the month, we charge per class for the remaining classes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes students may need to miss their classes, and we always aim to make accommodations while ensuring minimal disruption to their creative progress. We request that you cancel the class in the student portal. A courtesy class is granted only when a scheduled class is canceled in advance. You can cancel classes in the student portal up to 1 hour before begins to receive a makeup class. Absences without advance notice will not be eligible to receive a makeup class. Can I pause enrollment?

We have an automatic billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly basis. If you will be unable to attend multiple classes in the upcoming month, simply drop the class in the student portal 48 hours before the first of the month. We are happy to cancel or pause enrollment, no questions asked! See Policies page for step-by-step instruction.

Do I need to purchase materials?

All students are responsible for the purchase of their own materials. We offer professional grade materials for sale at Artworks. We can also store your materials at our locations for each class.

Can I make-up missed classes?

Yes, you can! Courtesy make-up classes can be scheduled in the student portal. Make-up classes are only acquired by cancellations which are made before the start of the class. They can only be scheduled during months that a student is currently enrolled. See Policies page for step-by-step instruction.
