Drop Off
Drop-off is between 8:50 am and 9:10 am at both camps. Please do not drop off before 8:50 am. When arriving at the Bethesda location, kindly pull up to the building and an Artworks staff member will be there to greet your camper. For safety reasons, please refrain from leaving your vehicle on Old Georgetown Road. When arriving at the Potomac location, please pull into any available parking spot in our lot. If your child needs assistance with their seatbelt, the Artworks staff will gladly lend a helping hand. Once admitted, Artworks staff will escort your child into camp. All campers will be checked in outside.
4
Dismissal and Carpool
Please arrive no later than 3 pm. Write your child’s first name with the last initial on a blank white piece of paper, as large as you can, and place it on the right side of your dashboard. Campers will be waiting to be picked up on the front lawn (weather permitting). Stay in your car and a staff member will bring your camper to you. At the Bethesda location, please pull up to the front of the house and follow the directions of the Staff on Old Georgetown Road. If your camper is leaving with someone other than you, please provide us with a note or email the name of the person who can pick up the camper.
5
Refunds / Cancelations
No refunds or credits will be given for any reason after May 15th. No refunds or credits will be given for inclement weather or absences. Upon registration, the first $95/week of your registration fee is nonrefundable to cover the costs of processing, database, and staffing fees associated with registration.

Do you provide aftercare?
No. Additional beforecare or aftercare is not provided.
What to Bring
7
Lunch / Snacks
Campers will need to bring their lunch each day, along with a snack and water bottle. Please have the lunchbox and water bottles clearly labeled with the camper’s name. We are a peanut-free environment and would like to ask for your assistance in helping us stay that way!
8
What should my camper wear?
To ensure your camper has the best experience, we recommend dressing them in clothing that allows for creative freedom. Our camp activities can get messy, as we use various paints and mediums that may stain clothes. While we do offer aprons, they may not provide complete protection.
9
Can my camper bring toys from home?
We request that campers do not bring toys or electronic gadgets from home unless necessary. We will not be responsible for taking care of any item brought from home. Not only can those items become dirty, lost, or broken, but they also may be distracting to other campers.
10
Medication
If your camper requires medication administered while at camp, you must complete a Medication Authorization Form. The form must either be sent before the start of camp or on the first day of camp. Artworks will not administer medication of any kind without approval.
