Artworks Fine Art Studio offers year-round art classes in Potomac, Maryland for kids and teens, with individualized instruction in drawing, pastels, watercolor and painting. Students of all skill levels can develop their artistic skills through personalized instruction in a welcoming studio environment.

Our Potomac art studio welcomes students of all skill levels, from beginners to more experienced artists. Programs include weekly art classes, summer camps, school break camps, portfolio preparation and free introductory art classes.

Our instructors help students build strong foundations in drawing and painting while encouraging creativity, confidence and individual expression. Students work at their own level and receive personalized guidance as they develop their skills.

New to ArtWorks?

New students ages 6–17 can try a free introductory art class at our Potomac studio before enrolling. It’s a great way to meet our instructors, experience our teaching approach and see if Artworks is the right fit. No materials are needed for your first class.

Our Potomac studio is also home to Artworks’ ceramics program, with pottery and ceramics classes for kids, teens and adults. Ceramics classes are offered exclusively at our Potomac location.
