Winterbreak Camp

At Artworks Winter Camp, students explore a variety of art mediums in a day session. Campers develop their creativity and self-confidence while having a blast. Artworks Winter Camp has a small student teacher ratio, placing students in small classes organized by age; this ensures optimal attention and support for each camper. All staff are skilled and fully trained in childhood education and/or fine arts.

Artworks offers two locations, Mclean, VA and Bethesda, MD. Both locations offer full day camp from 9am to 3pm, with after care available until 5:00pm.

Projects change every day, so students doing multiple days do not repeat the same project twice. Each day students get to try a different art medium; some examples include clay, watercolors, acrylic painting, pastels, and many, many more.
